This certificate validates that the learner has a solid understanding of the z/OS operating system, its architecture, and key components. They can describe how work is processed on z/OS, and how it is stored in this environment, and identify the core products used by the majority of data center staff. This person can identify security and compliance requirements relating to the data center, and is aware of their role in a disaster recovery situation.
