z/OS 2.5

Initial courses are aimed at any staff requiring conceptual z/OS knowledge. Following this, courses are expanded to provide Operators, Systems Programmers, and technical support with the skills to competently monitor system activity and resolve a wide range of system problems. This includes Operators, Programmers, and technical support personnel.

z/Architecture courses are aimed at those technical staff requiring in-depth knowledge about how tasks are processed within a z/OS environment. This includes: senior Operators, Systems Programmers/Administrators or other high-level technical support.

The Introduction to SMP/E course is primarily for System Programmers whose responsibility is to install and manage z/OS system software.

The Tips and Tricks courses are primarily aimed at Operators and System Programmers.
